San Francisco Personal Body Sculpting Training to Shape the Body You’ve Always Wanted

My balanced, comprehensive program is designed to let those muscles pop, sculpting your body little by little, all while losing unwanted pounds.
To tone and sculpt your body, we will work your muscles hard. But we won’t always work them the same way. My personal training program combines the main tool of weight training with plyometrics and calisthenics to build core strength, streamline your body and, just as important, help you move more efficiently so you can carry your amazing strength into everyday life here in the Bay Area.
My personal trainer programs start with a physical assessment to establish your baseline strength and identify your body type, muscle imbalances and time profile. Then we decide on a training plan suited to your body, aimed at the specific goals you want to attain. It’s a progessive system—as you grow stronger, so does the resistance. We’ll assess and reassess your progress to make sure you’re staying right on track and adjust your plan as necessary.
My support doesn’t stop at the end of your San Francisco-based session either. I’m always at the end of a phone and email to help whenever you need that extra bit of support or motivation. You’re never on your own!
Education is key for body sculpting
If you know why we’re doing something a certain way, you will do it—and that is the best to avoid injury. My strength training classes include technique refinements where I show you the proper form and position you correctly. You’ll learn the perfect strength-building techniques which replace injury-causing, reckless movement patterns that could hurt you or undermine your progress. You’ll feel so confident when you workout on your own.
Don’t forget proper nutrition!
Successful body sculpting is the result of building strong muscles through resistance training, cardio for strengthening the lung and heart muscles, and the right nutrition. Clean eating really does make the difference to getting your body fat percentage down and giving you the right fuel to power your workouts. Within weeks of following my no-gimmicks, real food nutrition plans, you’ll notice that you feel better, have more energy and perform better during training.
