Personal Training in
Starting a new training program can be intimidating because there’s so much to consider. But I’m here to help you take the important first step, and then keep going. I live, eat and breathe working in partnership with my amazing clients. Together, we'll nail your personal fitness goals so you become the best version of yourself, inside and out.
Although I work with most of my clients ongoing, I suggest a minimum commitment of six months. During this time, you'll learn the fundamentals of training and nutrition and figure out how your body responds to the changes we're making. We will work (incredibly) hard and have (tremendous) fun. Trust the process, and you will soon begin to see astonishing improvements in your physique and wellbeing.
Who Do I Work With?
I don't have a "typical" client. I train novice and experienced, young and mature. San Francisco is an incredibly diverse community, and I love to work with people of all ages, cultures, backgrounds, life experiences, personality quirks and abilities, because human beings are a rainbow and embracing our differences makes us stronger. But you have to be willing to go for it, the guts and the glory! We are a good match if:

How We Transform Your Life
When it comes to personal training, my ethos is simple—no quick fixes or deprivation, just a balanced program that helps you become stronger and healthier, that is also fun and challenging every session! Whether you want to lose weight, bust out of a rut or simply feel better and stronger in your body, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect.
Private assessment. I do not have a ‘one size fits all’ program. You’re unique, and you deserve a program that’s as individual as you are. At your consultation, we’ll run some ‘before’ tests to identify baseline strength, flexibility, body composition, muscle imbalances, posture and more. Each program is carefully planned to ensure you’re working towards your unique goals.
1-1 personal training. The two of us work together as much or as little as you need, in complete privacy, so there’s no embarrassment or judgment, no crowds or loud noises, and all the equipment is available. We’ll share our stories, have some fun, work mighty hard, and get you in the best damn shape of your life.
Technical coaching. I’m a stickler for form as a bedrock for using your energy wisely. Sessions at MindSets include technical work where we take a movement, break it down, and perfect your technique. You’ll feel better, move better and significantly lower your risk of injury.
Nutrition plan. Good nutrition is the foundation for building a stronger body. Meal plans are designed to improve your relationship with nutritious wholefoods, fuel your workouts and set you up for a lifetime of optimal health.
Total support. My clients are at the heart of everything I do, and that’s why you get email/text access to me between sessions for all your questions and confidence-wobbles. Which supplement should I choose? Can you show me this exercise again? I'm at the grocery store, which food should I buy? Plus, there’s a shared online resource containing all your resistance-training programs, cardio recommendations, nutrition plans and much more so you can stay on top of everything. This material is yours forever.
