There’s no one-size fits all when it comes to nutrition and, depending on your goals and current lifestyle, we will find the right choice for you based on the latest science. The one thing I don’t embrace is excessive calorie restriction or BS fad diets that leave you feeling messed up and hungry. My plans are based around nutrient-dense whole foods—if you recognize it as food, it’s probably okay to eat!  

 

Well-stocked pantry guide

A list of ingredients to keep on hand in your kitchen pantry so you can make a delicious, nutritious meal every night of the week. If you don’t like something, that’s totally fine. Tell me what the problem is and I’ll swap it out for something you do like. It’s not about deprivation—just putting great food in your belly every time you eat. 

 

Time-saving shopping lists

Struggle with meal prepping? If you need help getting ready for the week, I offer this extra service. From shopping for the right ingredients to cooking healthy, nutritious meals and then splitting them up into the perfect portion sizes, we can do it together—there’s no need to cook every day. Through hands-on advice and demonstrations, I can improve your relationship with whole foods and help you feel confident and accountable for your own nutrition decisions in the future.   

 Eating right is not always easy but it is absolutely doable. As we train, we’ll chat about your challenges, triggers and willpower-wobbles, and make adjustments to the plan as necessary. Every client gets email and text support from me so you’re never on your own.
